Ce formulaire vous permet de vous inscrire aux parcours en individuel pour la Belle Etoile.

Complétez le formulaire pour chacun des coureurs. Vous pouvez inscrire plusieurs coureurs et ne payer qu'en une fois.

Pour les coureurs non licenciés à la FFCAM ou à la FFME ou à une fédération nationale de ski-alpinisme, la carte découverte (5 euros) est obligatoire et doit être cochée dans le formulaire ci-dessous.

L'inscription comprend le repas après-course pour chaque coureur. Vous pouvez commander des repas supplémentaires pour les accompagnants.

Très important pour valider votre dossier :

Merci de télécharger, avec votre inscription, votre licence (si vous en avez une) et un certificat médical pour chaque équipier ! 
Le certificat médical doit mentionner "ski alpinisme" (ou "ski de montagne" ou "ski de randonnée" ou "tous sports de montagne") ainsi que la mention "en compétition" ! 
Les licences FFME "Compétition" font office de certificat médical.
