7h30 : Accueil et remise des dossards à partir à la Régate avec un café de bienvenue.

8h30 : Départ de la randonnée pédestre autour du lac de Montbel.

10h00 : Départ de la course à pied hors stade autour du lac de Montbel (Certif ou licence obligatoire cf règlement de la course)


12h00 : Classement et remise des récompenses. Les classements
se feront par catégorie d'âge : 3 premiers scratch h et f + les premiers
de chaque catégorie.
